Who are qualified to be a Cocomangas Shooter Bar Franchisee?
We prefer people with professional track records but not necessarily in a bar and or pizza business, with emphasis on people-handling and management skills; experience in other service-oriented businesses will be an advantage, especially when the success of the business relies on such a wide client base.
Do we require hands-on management from the Franchisee?
Preferably yes, but he/she may hire a highly-professional outlet supervisor whom we can train extensively.
How about the design, layout and construction of the franchise outlet?
We will provide you the construction design and specification. You have an option to use our recommended contractor or your own upon your approval. Construction is entirely at the expense of the Franchisee.
Is the franchisee required to purchase all the equipment and supply needs from Cocomangas Shooter Bar?
As listed in the Procurement Program: jam jars, shakers, pillow cases,still standing after 15 shirts, brass name plates,staff uniforms ,lighted signage , and hanging decorated lamps should be purchase directly from the Franchisor. Other supplies should be purchased from the accredited supplier of the Franchisor. The Franchisee is required to use the same brand and specifications to maintain uniformity.
How long will it take to recover my investment?
Financial viability depends on various factors such as sales, investments and ability of the Franchisee to effectively manage the business .With good management return on investment should be 2.5 years . This will be discussed further during the Franchisee interview after you fill out out Confidential Questionnaire.
Do we provide pre-opening services and the operations manual prior to and upon opening to a franchise facility?
We will send our representative who will assist the Franchisee in planning a proper advertising and promotional campaign. Our representative will also assist in personal training, equipment, ordering, doing inventory and in arranging the opening. As far as training is concerned, we require the Franchisee, his Supervisor, kitchen and bar staff to complete our training program until the participants are able to demonstrate a mastery of the skills required for their respective jobs.
