Cocomangas annual halloween costume contest had 10 fantastic costumes all trying to win the P5000.00 1st place prize,P3000.00 2nd place , and P2000.00 3rd place .Some gruesome and scarey costumes were displayed in front of a large party crowd hosted by Scotty Mac.
